Gym

I start gymming in october in 2021,my main focus at that time was to build strength.On my first day i was not able to do 10 pushups but as the days went by my strength was increasing after almost around 6 months i am able to do 20 pushups in one go plus i have a person record of 100kg deadlift,60kg benchpress and 80kg weighted squats which i started only with a 20kg barbell on my first day in the gym.The hardest were the first few weeks in the gym as i felt no changes in my strength but as i was consistent after the first month i was able to see a growth.Strands in focus were

As when i started gym i faced a lot of challenges as i had to build up a lot of strength which took me a lot of time as on the first day i was not able to do even 10 pushups in one go.I used to play football which is why i had no issues with any of the leg exercises.As i was consistant enough i was able to changes in my strength and my body. I feel proud of myself as i did not quit when i had my failures which helped me to reach here where i am today.Its important to take new challenges as it helps you to become a better person.To show commitment was very tought in the start as everyday your body is sore and as you are new it pains everyday but once you are consistent and after around 2 months of gym it makes you work on rest days to.

The learner profile i developed in the process was balanced as I used to work and study everyday and not only focusing on one of the things.In the start i never though that it would be this tough but as in i started it took me a lot of time to gain strength.I learning I got from it is consistency matters a lot.
