Cycling – 1 , 4 , 6


Goal – To go for cycling every weekend to improve physical fitness and stamina

LO1 –

Strengths
I liked cycling with friends , So i decided to this with a group of people
I Was motivated to do it for a good cause as I went for beach cleaning instead of going on a vehicle polluting the environment. I chose cycling as a way to get to the destination and it would help me improve my stamina .

Weakness
Not a early morning person to wake up
Tight time schedule and other commitments


LO4

How was this activity difficult for me , Starting off with i and my friends decided to go together so we decide a common spot where we all would meet like the starting point but due to some circumstances everyone couldn’t be there at time due to this our planned schedule would be delayed and we went hard so that we cover distance in time planned . Also there were commitments which I had to make like ensure I sleep by 11pm to get proper sleep for my body , and also ensure that my cycle is in maintained condition so that there’s no delay in the morning.

Till date there have been X number of reasons for global warming , pollution etc. One of them is using vehicles more often which leads to pollution and also to the end of non – renewable resources , So i decided to go dumas on cycle which would encourage other people too instead of burning so much fuel and wasting money why don’t you choose an eco friendly option which will not only help our environment grow but also improve your physical fitness , Also going for early morning rides will refresh your mind from your daily routine and make your weekend better .
