The most challenging part was adding the right measurements of salt and chili in the food. If even a pinch of extra or less salt and chili is added, then the taste of dish is compromised. Cooking pasta was something new for me. I have never cooked something like that before. To overcome this challenge, I took my mother’s help in taking accurate measurements of adding salt or chili.

The major part of this CAS experience was initiating rather than planning. Since I was relatively very new to the kitchen at my home. I didn’t know which vessel was kept where. Therefore, it was important for me to be organized and go ahead step by step. This helped me achieve my goal of cooking pasta dish very quickly. Saving a significant amount of time for me.

It is generally easy for me to collaborate with others. Specifically, I had my mother to guide me through my process of cooking. Hence, she made my work a lot easier and it was way simpler for me to learn the required skills and habituate to the kitchen vessels and the instruments used.
