Beach cleaning 

Goal – Going to the dumas beach and cleaning it . 

LO1 – 

Strengths 

• Curious to help make my city clean 
• Did a project like this before
• Group of People to encourage to go on the beach every weekend and clean it

Weakness 

• Less awareness about this issue around 
• Can only go on the weekend’s that too in the morning cause it’s to far away and there is high probability of people going there in the evening 
• No vehicles , Using bicycles to get there so tight on time 

We were all students so we only had the weekend as our option to go for beach cleaning , Moreover it was far away approx 10 km from my place so we had to leave early in the morning and reach back home by 10 am so our daily schedule isn’t affected by this . 

LO5 – 

The question which comes here is that is working with other people hard for me , Elaborating more on this it’s never ever been a issue of working with other people in a group but the thing is no one likes to work under someone , so if i am in a team i always lead try to get people togehter and make them feel everyone is included . During the beach cleaning process we all decided mutual timings of when to leave and followed the schedule accordingly. While completing this project I never felt disappointed that people were not interested and were doing it for just the sake of doing it . 

Always when your working with other people it makes you an extrovert and helps you be open minded to different perspectives this thing has it’s pros and cons depends on person to person  there are people who keep on doing whatever they wish also after telling them several times , I personally fall into this category and other category is where they come to together and appreciate each other’s idea . Moreover teamwork made the process easy. Cleaning was done at a good pace whereas if there were less people like 2-3 it would have taken a lot more time . 

LO6- 

India is a place where even when people are provided with facilities they still don’t use it , So in India we have separate dustbins everywhere for wet and dry waste , even the ruling party is doing a campaign called swachh bharat abhiyan to educate people of india on this worldwide issue of climate change and air pollution .
