The farewell event is held every year for the pass out batches and the event is hosted but the junior (LO’S : LO 3 – Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience, LO 4 – Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences and LO 5 – Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively) . We had the opportunity to be creative in out own way and make this day special for our seniors, we had to work in a group but everyones opinions and ideas were heRd and considered. it involved a lot of management skills and critical thinking. it was a good opportunity to share my passion and spread happiness to make others day special and memorable, it was day where a lot of socialising was done which is very helpful for the future. Working collaboratively has increased my patience, expanded my views on how to pursue things, how to be open minded and has also given me and idea aboout how everyone one seem to be similar but unique in their own way with ther out of the box ideas.
