Staying physically fit is an integral part of your daily lifestyle. So I decided to stay healthy and fit by regularly walking. Initially, my goal of walking was for 30 minutes and then daily I increased the time limit. By increasing the time limit, I wanted to know how far I can push my body and have a fit lifestyle. CAS gave me the opportunity to work on my fitness goals and improve my diet. I always wanted to do some daily physical activity along with my studies, but due to a packed schedule, I was not able to focus on my health. So this was a successful and worth it CAS experience I encountered and further, I would like to continue it on a daily basis.

LO 1= Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

My strengths are that I have a fit body and I am passionate about workout so that was my motivation to walk daily. The area of development is that I got irregular in walking when my exams started. Even when I initially started walking my legs use to pain a lot. But being regular made me more physically fit.

LO 4 = Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

My mindset was that I have to spare some time for my body because it is crucial for my health, so I was committed towards it. My commitment helped me to stay fit and have a healthy lifestyle.

I attributed learner profile balance as I focus on my body by working out daily and it also helps me to stay mentally fit. Walking makes me healthy and happy. Even after my CAS, I will walk daily. CAS gave me the opportunity to work on my body and take some time out of my life for my health. This CAS experience was successfully accomplished.
