LO3: Demonstrate how to initiate a plan and CAS experience
In order to make the event a success, it was obvious that everything needed to be planned and controlled efficiently. Before beginning the planning process, we created a Google Spreadsheet where we recorded information. This was helpful because the entire team could utilize the spreadsheet. To ensure effective communication, we also created a group chat.

LO5: It was obvious that a collaborative effort was required to ensure the success of this event. This was a team effort, and each person brought something special to the table. We were able to make this event effective because of the abilities that everyone offered. Working together really helped us make better decisions because it eliminated any bias that would have arisen if a single individual had made the decision. Working as a team generated a productive and enjoyable work atmosphere, and working in a group was also fun because everyone kept each other amused and motivated.

LO6: Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance.
The main aim was to make the event as sustainable as possible for which there was more use of recycled and reused materials. We tried to minimize our waste even while handing out invitations for our event. The two main SDGs that were the focus of this event were Climate Action and Responsible Consumption and Production.

LO7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions
Before tossing out any items or clothing, we should think about recycling them or giving them to underprivileged individuals. The experience inspired us to make the moral decision to stop producing waste altogether. I had the option of solving the food crisis by utilizing inexpensive plastic utensils, but I felt that would be unethical. As a result, I opted to use paper utensils instead, which reduced my profit but were more ethical and sustainable.
