Cycling-(Activity)

One of my biggest passions has always been fitness. Over the course of a month, I cycled on the weekends and used a mobile app to capture the data. Cycling has always given me the mental and physical strength I need. For four weeks, on Saturdays and Sundays, I rode my bicycle from Piplod to Dumas. This gave me energy for the rest of the day and encouraged me to maintain my fitness. I also demonstrated collaboration by planning our route to accommodate everyone’s needs and cycling with ten of my classmates. We were able to keep our physical health through this activity.

Learning outcome:-1

I had a considerable level of endurance from my past training, which included years of riding and regular participation in sports. This was reinforced even more by the fact that I had just set out on a demanding bicycle ride that required me to complete in no more than one and a half hours while covering roughly 24 kilometres. This both put my already-burgeoning stamina to the test and helped me build it further. I realised that I had been cycling for much too long without stopping and that I had gone at least 10 to 15 kilometres without stopping to drink water. Before I started riding, though, I felt as though I lacked muscle strength, and this was a problem for me while I was playing sports. However, since I started cycling, this is the one area where I have noticed the biggest progress. Regular cycling has helped me become fitter because my legs are becoming more accustomed to covering lengthy distances.

Learning outcome:-2

I hadn’t cycled for a while because of my hectic schedule, so it was difficult. It used to hurt my muscles so bad after riding that it was difficult for me to focus on my schoolwork and extracurricular activities. It was difficult because this was the first time I had ridden more than 10 to 20 kilometres outside of my comfort zone. With guidance from my supervisor on the areas that need improvement, such as muscle strength and flexibility, I eventually attained a target of more than 25 kilometres of cycling.

Learning outcome 4:-

I too had trouble committing to this exercise throughout the process. Prior to this, whenever I went for a cycle, I would cycle for a week and then skip for the weekend of the following week, which forced me to cycle at night in the weekdays whenever I missed. My inconsistent procedure caused a messed-up schedule and sapped all of my dedication motivation. But after sticking to a schedule and being persistent for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. Prior to this, I would ride for an hour and a half every day. However, after a few months of consistent riding, I can now comfortably pedal for two hours every day and have increased my speed.
