Since the pandemic everyone has been worried about thier health and their familys health, since schools and offices started everyone started getting back to their daily routines.

Which definately must have been hard for majorly everyone, the students started to get lazy and their screen time increased also it being one of the reasons why fitness (LO’S : LO 1 : Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth, LO 2 : Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process).

Since shools started after the pandemic, all the sports activities and competetions have also started along with it. My interest is that i want to keep myself fit in these times of covid crisis where everyone had been in lockdown and now dont really have a routine. The purpose is to keep myself fit and healthy and come up with a everyday routine, sticking to it and come back into shape and back to the lifestyle before covid. It is very important to keep all three aspects of life which are physical, intellectual and emotional balanced in order to live a better, safe, long and healthy life. Waking up early and exercising is a healthy way to start the day, exercising once a day everyweek or thrice a week is good enough for your body to stay fit because it gets all the carbs and protien it need but exercise gives oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. these exercises session last about 45-50 mins, in which i do meditation, 10 to 15 sets of surya namaskar, planks, leg, hip and neck rotation and splits etc for flexibility and peace of mind. Playing cricket, basket and going out for cycling once a week was a must to mix up the exercises. I did these exercises for 2 months and am still continuing with the process, it helps me maintain my health mentally and physically
