From my childhood I have been a big fan of sports and football has been the sport I am most passionate about. So I and my friends planned and organized a football tournament on the 31st of December 2022. During the process, we had to make posters for the tournament and send them to a lot of people through whatapps, Instagram stories, etc. Then we roll out the form and made teams of 7 people each according to the responses. Then as it was a league tournament we had to create draws for matches of each team. Being a fan of football organizing a tournament was something I can connect to cause I have participated in a lot of turf tournaments.

LO1:

I was easily able to identify my strengths and weaknesses after organizing the tournament like i was able to play the sport really well but organizing a tournament for that sport was completely different. This project took a lot of thought processing and challenged my communication skills. Finding a date and time that would be convenient for all participants, creating fair teams, and creating brackets for the tournament took a lot of though processing which was challenging.

LO3:

There was a lot of planning done to execute this CAS Project. We were a group of 5 people so there was a lot of planning done to decide the time, place, and date for the project as it was very hard to decide these things that are convenient for all the participants. LO5:

Working collaboratively in a group was very beneficial as there was a lot of planning and work to do in the process and doing it in a group and dividing the work made it quite easy for all of us and also saved a lot of time, if we would have done this alone it would have taken a lot of time to arrange all the things and execute the project.
