At the end of May my friends and I went on an exciting trekking trip of 10 days and we returned with many memories and lessons.
LO 1-I identified my strengths, which are enthusiastic, energetic, and indefatigable. I came to know about my weaknesses as well, I get lost sometimes, and my endurance is not as great as my classmates. I feel that I must do something to overcome this weakness. It is important to know our strengths and weaknesses as they will help us evaluate our body, personality, and appearance. It is important for self-evaluation and assessment.
LO 2-So we climbed up to approximately 12,500 feet of altitude, and it was difficult to reach there as the altitude increased the oxygen level in the air, which created problems for many of us. To face this challenge, we all needed to keep our minds at peace and relax. I learned new skills in backpacking and trekking, so this was the first time I did this, and I learned many useful lessons. It is important to learn new skills as these skills may help us in the future when there is no one to help.
LO 6-As we started climbing up, we could see trash all over the mountains, so whichever piece of garbage came in our path, we picked it up and gathered it in a bag, and after we climbed down, we threw the waste away. This is important as we must not destroy our nature, and this trash was the one that affected nature the most.
