IPMUN

LO 2

Model united nations are something that has always interested me since the start I was given this opportunity to be on the core committee as the deputy director general of the MUN even though I have organized MUNS in the past one of them being my school MUN only but this was an independent body so we did not have any backhand support from finance to transport to food so the rush and work was way more than organizing a MUN in school. We demonstrated a lot of challenges and developed new skills like management of food, delegates, and resources.

LO 4

commitment to and perseverance as this event was planned since the start of October but due to covid and school deadlines and different delegates exams coming to a common free date was very difficult for me and my team and also find a school who will let us host the MUN was a very enormous task. so the commitment was needed till the end to complete

LO 5

Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively for IPMUN we had a team of 20 people including on-day, core committee, and organizing members. So working hard and collaborating with others was challenging since getting a late response and delayed work. then finally after a few bumps and pit stops getting to know other each and the whole team better made the communication gap small and tasks started getting more effective.
