I have always been fond of learning and developing new skills at a personal level which helps me grow and learn from experiences and organising the whole event which included helping with budget, marketing and helping with event flow. I also got opportunity to work in the core committee where I had role of assistant organising committee manager Throughout my high school journey I have been very interested towards model united nations and international relations.This conference is the best way to help me impart my knowledge to others.

I demonstrated LO 1 identifying own strengths and areas of growth this LO really worked out while the whole experience cause there were many times me or my team member was not good at job but was better at another job so I had to identify my own areas of weakness and strength to work more efficiently and in a better way. I identified my areas of improvement and grew in that area specifically about managing stuff

I demonstrated LO 2 demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken developing new skills as this was a student led event I had to undergo a lot of things like scheduling meetings with support staff, with transport department, with finance team and with graphics team and there was also missing a lot of slots due to which learning loss was there so I had to optimise every time by which durning school hours I can get things done and also not miss by slots which was eventually done this was the greatest challenge

I demonstrated LO 5  Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaborative we had a team of 20 people including CC and OC so diving work with each person and seeing who brings the best in the team was difficult at first but then getting to know the team better made the flow of the event went smooth and also helped our collaborative work on the things and work.
