Clean and fresh oxygen is a must for the survival of any living being. From the past many years human activities such as pollution, deforestation, etc have affected the fresh air which indirectly affects all living organisms. To contribute something to the environment I decided to plant different types of plants/trees in an open ground near my grandparent’s house. This way it would help them in building a new fine lawn which will provide them with fresh oxygen and also this will contribute a lot in getting a better environment or surrounding.
LO4:
Things that made this experience difficult were that the ground was new so I had to dig all the holes by myself which requires a lot of strength. Also, the sun was at the top so the temperature was very high which made the condition even worse. And also while digging I had to make sure no living organisms there get hurt or get killed. And my commitment to contributing to the environment gave me more motivation to complete my task
LO6:
Fresh air/oxygen is a global issue and it is a need for all living organisms we can clearly see that in the covid pandemic where this became a huge problem for everyone which also lead to many deaths and sent many people to hospitals. This also gave me more motivation while plating the plants/trees.
LO7:
The ethical issues were that on the ground there were many living organisms that might have been killed while digging holes and also there were many ant holes that had to be removed for the process to take place. Also the concern was about plastic bags in which sapling were brought to plant. On one hand we are working for green environment but other hand we also have to use plastics.
