Trekking ( A )

  • Trekking is the best part of the life for that we have to manage many things like travel gears that help us at trail and we have completely got the guide. Every moment while trekking challenges you to do new and positive things . This activity does not require much of planning and is usually done in groups . the travelling through isolated areas by being close to to nature and surroundings ; makes this activity enjoyable nd worth the experience . In India trekking is mostly done in western Himalayas and eastern Himalayas.

  • LO1: I’m doing trekking since 6 grade and what an experience it has been till now . Taking part in this activity I’ve faced many ups and downs . Taking part in this activity taught me my strength and weaknesses . Trekking instills values of empathy and generosity . The main reason of me doing trekking is that more or less it shapes personal values .
  • LO5:I’m so much into Trekking because it  is a great way to reduce the stress in your life, because of the release of endorphins, which are known to make us happy! Taking in the fresh air and nature around you while trekking is a great way to help improve your mental health, and it is believed to also improve memory and functionality of the brain.
  • LO6: Trekking makes you close to nature and the beauty of its surroundings . Be able to identify and demonstrate your understanding of global surroundings , make responsible decisions. Trekking involves people , animals of different types and of various species and most of all environment . Trekking involves nothing but a “walk with nature “
