( L3:Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience)

On the occasion of Women’s day, me and my friends decided to show gratitude towards our school didi’s who work for us every day. We organized a plan and divided our roles such as collecting resources like containers and sticky notes. We divided ourselves into two groups for the collection of flowers from different places in the school. We wrote a thank you note on sticky notes. We gave a flower with a thank you note to each of the didis in school and tried to make their day a little special.

(L4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences)

We were consistent in giving the flowers and notes to the didis and made sure that no didi was left out. We showed commitment by sparing time in our free slots and restlessly moved around the school to find every didis and wish them a happy women’s day.

(L5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively)

We were a group of 5. Working collaboratively made the work easier and more efficient as we were able to cover more grounds and completed our experience on time. Since we collaboratively divided roles for collecting resources, it saved a lot of time. Working collaboratively makes the work easier and more effective as it considers more opinions with time effective response.
