In this CAS experience, I took the initiative to cycle for 300 km’s in a month as I have been lazy lately because of the pandemic going on so to maintain my health and stay fit, I took up a challenge that I should cycle for 300 km’s in a month which was a lot(at that time, during the time of start). I love to cycle and hence cycling was the one that I choose. The average that I had calculated to cycle every day was approx 12 km. To track the distance that I covered every day, I used 1 app named “Sport’s tracker” which tracked the distance, the time, and the pathway on which I had cycled. However, I had exceeded the daily average distance that I had calculated earlier (12 km’s) and did 30 km’s on average daily. This was a great improvement in my stamina. The LO’s in focus are LO 1, 2 & 4 which are ”Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth”, “Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process” & “Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences”
