For the helpers of our school, Grade 12 students organized Anand Utsav. It featured games and activities including football and other creative games . The occasion served as a show of appreciation for the staff’s assistance to all of the school’s kids. I volunteered to be a on day game volunteer. Throughout the event, we had games and duties allocated to us.

Volunteering in the event was a unique experience for me, where I developed new skills such as communication and managing responsibilities given to me. I was able to learn and develop my skills further as I helped guide the staff throughout the event and fulfilled my role while explaining the games and activities to them. The experience was also a great opportunity to develop my skill in managing responsibilities.

During the event, I had to communicate with other users to learn about my roles. I had worked with various people during my time volunteering in helping the staff enjoy the games and activities planned for them. I was able to learn new things from my peers and share my ideas and plans for new problems that arose.

The occasion was organized as a show of appreciation for the staff’s many years of dedication to make life at school enjoyable and memorable.The event organizers and us volunteers felt even more thankful and content as we watched the staff members relax and enjoy the event while taking a break from their hectic schedules.
Both the planning and the execution of the event ensured that both the staff and the kids had the most enjoyable day possible.
