21 days walking challenge(CAS activity)

I walked for half an hour every day, it was a fast-paced walk with 10 minutes of warm-up and 10 minutes of cool-down.

Walking is a cardio exercise, and as we all know it improves our mood, helps with blood flow, etc

LO1:Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth.

fast-paced walking for 10 minutes and cool down and warm up with it. The fast-paced walk really uses your glute muscles so it really takes you out of your comfort zone to do it every day.

LO4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.

taking out time to walk every day for 21 minutes is a very boring task so, to complete this task I had to walk every day for 30 minutes which is a commitment on its own.
