Learning to sketch

I decided that I want to improve my drawing skills as I am going to be an animator in my future career, I decided that I would do a 30 day 30 drawing challenge to push myself to make at least 1 drawing daily, I did make the drawings almost daily, I have noticed a great change in my skills as I made a sketch a day, the real challenge was to make the drawing without a reference.

LO 1
Identify your strengths and develop areas for personal growth.
At the start of the 30-day challenge I had difficulties in getting my creativeness to create my drawings, and they weren’t well detailed, but by the end of the 30 days my drawings significantly improved and I understood different drawing techniques and styles.

LO 2
Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
I was only making sketches using pencil making my skillsets less diverse, but then when I got confidence in my drawings I started to add colours and made my drawings with pastels and doodle pens.

LO 3
Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience.
I had a plan of 30 days making 1 drawing per day, I had missed a few days, but I tried to follow my plan the best I can, due to this plan I was able to make 30 sketches and was able to improve my drawing skills as there was a daily practice of at least 1 sketch.

LO 4
Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.
I had shown commitment and worked on the sketches even at late night, but I tried to make a sketch a day, I had missed a few of them but my progress was very frequent and daily, I have noticed change and improvement in my plan.
