My friends and I embarked on an action-packed 10-day excursion at the end of May, and we came back filled with memories and insights.
LO 1: I recognised my strengths, which are that I am eager, vivacious, and unstoppable. I learned about my own flaws as well; I occasionally get lost, and my endurance isn’t as strong as that of my peers. I believe that in order to overcome this weakness, I must take action. Knowing our strengths and shortcomings will help us assess our personalities, bodies, and outward appearance. It is crucial for assessment and self-evaluation.
LO 2: As a result, we ascented to an altitude of roughly 12,500 feet. The ascent was challenging because of the increased oxygen content in the air, which caused issues for several of us. We all had to calm down and relax in order to take on this challenge. This was my first time doing it, and I gained a lot of valuable things. I had recently acquired new abilities in hiking and trekking. Learning new talents is crucial since they may come in handy when no one else is there to assist us.
LO 6: We could see rubbish all over the mountains as we began our ascent, so we picked up whatever litter that crossed our route, put it in a bag, and tossed the trash away once we had down. This is significant because we must protect nature, and this waste had the greatest negative impact on it.
