Physical Training

Here, throughout the project, I will have a goal to decrease their BMI so that they are physically healthy and can be more active and live a healthy lifestyle. I have an interest in this because I was always obese on the BMI scale and just a few months ago I was come down from obese to overweight. I plan to improve this and become an average weight on the BMI scale to become healthy and fit.

Learning Outcome 1: Training requires the development and showcase of various skills such as self-management in relation to planning and development of health. Through this experience, I intended to achieve this learning outcome by showcasing and implementing self-management skills in order to have a stable balance. I also developed my health which allowed me to do various other activities such as treks.

Learning Outcome 2: As the training was not something that I was doing on a regular basis before taking this as an activity for my CAS, I had my fair share of challenges to face. First, I needed to understand the importance of particular exercises on different parts of the body. Further, I also had to challenge myself into pursuing harder workout regiments in order for proper development

Learning Outcome 4: The physical activity I was doing would not show results if I only did it once or twice a week. To tackle this, I planned a table that would allow me to conduct workouts and physical activity almost every day which would allow me to remain consistent throughout the experience.
