I and my bandmates were called to perform in the GDMUN in the closing ceremony to end the event with a bang and some live music entertainment.
LO2 : Playing in a live music concert at GDMUN was something I had never done before. I had to venture outside of my comfort zone and attempt something new, which was thrilling and satisfying to me. It also taught me the value of pushing yourself to do new things and take risks in order to advance personally.
LO3 : A lot of planning and organization went into getting ready for a live music performance at GDMUN. It required picking the correct songs, practicing with the band, and planning the show’s schedule. During this experience, I realized how crucial it is to plan ahead, be proactive, and pay attention to every last detail.
LO5 : Live music performance in GDMUN was a team effort that necessitated strong communication between myself and the other band members. In order to put on a good show, we needed to work together throughout rehearsal, communicate well, and support one another. This event taught me the value of cooperation, teamwork, and communication in reaching a common objective.
In conclusion, playing live music at GDMUN was a worthwhile CAS experience that allowed me to hone a variety of crucial abilities and attributes.
