CAS-GYM

Going to the gym every day helps to improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen your muscles, help you maintain your weight, boost your mental health and decrease the odds that you’ll develop other health conditions.It also  increases the circulation of our blood which makes us feel active and energetic and this is why I choose to go gym as there are numerous reasons for the same.

The learning outcomes that I have achieved  throughout this activity are:

LO1-Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

At first going to the gym was a painful experience as I experienced body aches during the initial phase, but gradually I quite got acquainted with the routine.My major weakness was the day doing legs during my workout as I usually don’t really like working on my legs. Gradually I overcame my weakness by dedicating one day in a week to train my legs.

LO2-Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process

The one main challenge I faced was taking out time as I was a person who was lazy and reluctant to go to the gym.But as time passed and going to the gym frequently i realized that training my body parts on a regular basis helped me feel relaxed and energetic.

LO3-Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

Taking out some time was difficult for me because I had other tasks to do as well, so I decided to set a proper routine so that I can cater some time towards my fitness.There are a lot of instances where people usually train their body parts of their choice. So in order to train my body the right way I had trained different body parts each day in a week to get the best result.

LO4-Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

Going to the gym on an irregular basis is never beneficial  as your body needs to be trained regularly.That is why I have a preferred time slot on a daily basis where I go to the gym with full commitment and dedication.Adding on, whenever I usually don’t have time to go to the gym I usually have a walk for sometime to be in shape.
