Goal- daily on early morning and at evening doing a set of stretching exercises which will increase my height and also helps in my fitness for 4-5 months.
LO 1- Identify your own strengths and weakness
I am not a fan of working out as I am a lazy being which is why this experience was out of my comfort zone which is why I got to know more about me through this experience. It was difficult for me to include doing stretching exercises in my daily routine. This made me change my perception on workout, my respect increased towards the dedication of people who do work out everyday. While talking about the personal growth then I could observe that slowly adapting to the daily routine of doing stretching exercise every morning has helped me in giving body positivity and slowly my laziness vanished. When I stated working on this experience I thought that, it has a high probability, that I would not be able to complete the experience but I got to learn that when you workout for 2-3 weeks, you see the body improvement which then becomes your motivation and becomes your habit and which is why when I began with this experience I just took it for completing my CAS but now it has become my daily routine.
LO 3- Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience.
actually before CAS was introduced to us I was actually started working on this experience because , I am a grade 11 student but then I got a thought of doing an activity which is fruitful and which will actually affect me and I would be doing it fr the sake of completing an activity.My height is very short which is why I usually get bullied by my own friends and family members which made me motivated i doing this challenge of increasing my height. The initial thing which triggered me to do this was a youtube video as one day I was randomly searching on youtube how to increase my height so I saw a girl who was 20 years old and she took a challenge of increasing her height in a week and for that she followed another youtube video which when she followed then she increased 2 cm of her height in one week which is why I thought that if I would do the same thing then I can also increase my height and I started doing the same exercise for increasing my height.
LO4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences:
It was very difficult to follow this experience and to maintain it for daily as when I started it I was very lazy to follow it which is why for a month I skipped the daily routine once or twice a week in first month but then when I did it for 2 months it became my habit to follow it also it was more difficult for me because I had to wake up 20 mins before my daily routine so I wake up at 7:30 but because of my routine I had to wake up at 7:10 so I hated it but the only otivation was that I had to do this for increasing my height and my fitness. As in lockdown I have become more lazy siting on one place and waking up late has made to complete my experience next to impossible but I was commited to working on this experience and I did it.

knowledgeable- surprisingly while searching on internet for how to increase my height I got many tips and tricks which I got know new things about also the exercise which I followed was on stretching so as my body flexibility is low because I stopped doing yoga exercises and splits which decreased my efficiency of flexibility in my body now after doing the exercise on the first time I could not even touch my toes from my fingers but I saw that when I pushed it daily to touch my toes I actually could touch my hands to ground on the second week so I realized that on the first day where I could not touch my hands till toes and now I could touch it till the ground which is why I got a life lesson through this experience that every day if you do something for achieving your goal then ultimately on one day you will achieve your goal.
Reflective- everyday when I completed my goal I actually went and questioned myself that how did I improved myself in doing the exercise more precisely everyday also I checked my height to see every week how much height is growing every week to she my progress.
