I took part in a frisbee tournament, which was organized in order to raise funds which were then donated by the organizers. It was a very nice experience as my team also won in the silver pool and were also awarded a cash prize.

Learning outcome 1: (Identifying own strengths and developing areas for growth).
Our team was not strong enough and we had to compete with stronger teams ( for example Jumbish) they have been playing the sport for many years and so we had to play as a team and listen to each other, there were times when everyone made some mistakes but then that had been worked upon so that it does not get repeated.

Learning outcome 4:(Commitment to and perseverance).
Since our team was not as powerful and strong as the other teams in our pool we found it difficult to play at times and sometimes thought that it was not possible for us to win the tournament, but all of us gave our 100 percent and showed commitment towards winning all the games and in the end, we won in our silver pool.

Learning outcome 5: (Demonstrate skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively).
We were in a team of 5 people, and looking at the strengths and weaknesses of everyone, we were assigned different positions from where we had to play. There were times when everyone on the team faced some problems but everyone ass the team supported each other and helped in solving them and winning. With this experience, we understood how moral support from our teammates can be really important and helpful.
