Creativity and activity (CAS experience)

I was curious about what goes on in different fields that im interested in and how they work. Another reason being that I wanted to develop certain skills that are requiered for the filed so that I am an experienced candidate for another internships or jobs related to the career filed. LO’S : (LO 1 : Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth, LO 2 : Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process)

After these internship experiences I could figure out what my strength and weaknesses were which are very important to be known because developing and enhancing those skills. One drawback from this internship was that I wasnt able to interact with the experts because they were sharing their knowledge and experience through a video and after those short clips I was given different tasks that are related to a particular field. After performing those tasks I was able to figure out where I stand in terms or knowledge and experience, the challenges i faced werent too diligent and I was able to comprehend all the information because of the subjects that I have taken in DP (Diploma Programme). The importance of me undertaking this challenges is that I gain knowledge from the experts, it internships certificates also helps build my resume for college. During these internships I was able to figure out which career intrigues me the most and what Im passionate about the most. In these internship programmes I was taught the procedure of what it was working like as a film maker, pdychologist or hospitality. In psychologist internship i was taught how to diagnose a person with personality disorder and it also talked about how to behave with the patients, how tomake them feel comfortable in the environment and etc. Hospitality was mainly about what different job opportunities it has and the amount of work a person has to do just in order to get raw materials for food, their cooking, management skills and etc. In film making I was talked through on what are the different elements that are needed for film, the kind of collaboratice skills neede. how to write a script and come up with fresh ideas. the expert also talked about how their experience has been in the industry to give more exposure. since these internship were self paced, i could do them whenever i wanted but i chose to finish all three in under the time span of 2 months
