I was appointed to manage resources and escort the parents throughout the convocation ceremony for batch 2022 with a group of other students. I was distributing gifts to the graduates and guiding them with the flow of the events. I escorted the parents through the art exhibition and film student presentation. It was a collaborative task, I was one of the member in a group of 5 to 7 students.

Learning objective 5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

We were a group of 5 to 7 students who were appointed to manage resources, distribute the gifts to the graduates and escort the parents throughout the event conducted. The event began late because the guests and the graduates couldn’t arrive due to heavy rain. As group members worked collaboratively, the event was finished as expected. The parents were happily interacting with me and the other students.
