This event was hosted for all the administration staff and support staff as a token of appreciation for working hard for all the students, there were fun activities that were organised for them. Event lasted till 8am to 3:30pm which is during their saturday working hours. (LO 3:Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience, LO 4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences, and LO 5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively)

This event was organised by grade 12 students which required volunteers, the volunteers were breifed by the event incharge, volunteers were called an hour early for all the preperations which were successfully done on time. since there were about 25-30 volunteers it required a lot of communication and collabratove work to get ll the work done and the evnt started on time. although this event was held just for one day it went on for approx 7-8 hours since it was during school hours, in order for the event to be successful commitment had to be shown, volunteers has to be enthusiatic through out and give the staff a blast of energy and make them feel relaxed for a few hours and mke them feel appreciated. Being a people person it was easier for me to collaborate with people around me, by sticking to the schedule and being organised it was much easier to stay on track and get things donw like make iced tea, setting up game stalls and etc.
