When it comes to sketching, my strength is that my hand moves at a relatively quicker rate. Hence, I can sketch in double quick time, without compromising on quality. However, my weakness is that in that process, more often than not, my work looks dirty in terms of scrubbing and erasing done on the paper. Something which I have to improve upon. I always look to improve and correct my mistake from the previous work. In this artwork as well, I have made a conscious effort to use minimal erasing on the paper.

Time and practice were something which was going against me. Thus, it was a challenge. I had a pencil and a book in my hand after years. Therefore, without any practice, it was a challenge even for someone who is good at it. However, I backed my skills and instincts, and got on with my work. With each day, I was getting my rhythm and touch. Hence, I gained more confidence on myself and my skillset. As a result, I was able to overcome the challenge and create a presentable artwork.
