Business Management is one of my favorite subjects in school and so I wanted to learn more about it. I went to futurelearn.com, an online platform providing many online courses and degrees. I found a short 2-week course about Social media and how it can be used by businesses to engage with current or prospective customers. Overall, the course was short, very informative, and fun.
LO 1: Identify your own strengths and develop areas for growth. Both, Business Management and Social media are my subjects of interest, which is why I wanted to dig deeper into their concepts. Through this experience, I was able to widen my knowledge and develop my skills.
LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process. I already had many deadlines to meet during the timeline of this experience, which is why I found it a little difficult to take out time for this course. However, I tried to manage my time and work and developed time and
self-management skills in the process.
