we all visit beaches for holidays and it is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends, but nowadays the beaches are filled with garbage, and no one likes to be around the place where there is litter everywhere. So me and my friends decided to go to Dumas beach and clean up all the garbage, so that people can enjoy over there and get the same feeling as before. During this experience I have achieved learning outcome 2 and learning outcome 5.

Learning outcome 2 :-

The challenging part during this experience was that there was a lot of litter on the beach and to clean all the litter we needed a lot of time and also to make sure that people does not throw garbage over again. It was challenging because people have very less understanding about where to throw garbage and where not, so after cleaning if people throw garbage again than there is no point of doing it. We overcame this challenge by cleaning the beach and looking at us people realized that they shouldn’t litter. After taking this challenge I felt happy with myself as I have contributed something good for the mother Earth. The skill that I learned from this experience is collaboration because I could not have cleaned the beach by myself.

learning outcome 5 :-

working with others is generally easy for me because it decreases the load of work on my head and also I enjoy working with others as I like the company. During this experience it was easy for me to work collaboratively because everyone was doing the task assigned to them. It is important to be able to work collaboratively because it help us to enhance our communication skills with others. The importance of teamwork in my experience was that I would not have been able to complete this experience on my own, as I would not have been able to clean beach by myself.

In all, I think that this was a very great experience in terms of collaboratively working and serving the environment.
