Calisthenics is a type of workout that uses a person’s body weight with little or no equipment. The exercises involve movements that use large muscle groups, such as pushups. These exercises help improve coordination, flexibility, and strength. After the pandemic, I lost touch with my fitness and physical strength. This experience helped me become physically active again. I trained in calisthenics for 3 months and was supervised by an expert.
