Cooking is very important to learn because cooking will always help you in survival , it will make you more independent.You should know some basic cooking so that at least it can help you when you have limited of resources with you.I was always excited for learning cooking because might be in future that i have to become more independent.

First learning outcome is been demonstrated here which is ( Identify your own strengths and develop areas of growth).There were lot of times when I was doing some mistakes like not mixing it properly ,  at times adding more or less ingredient then required .But after 2-3 times I was able to manage the taste and the level of ingredients in the food.

Second learning outcome which is (Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process).There was a lot of feedback received by my family members.Common feedback was as a first try it’s good but then there were few ingredients which were missing, as I have very less knowledge about cooking .

Fourth learning outcome which is (Show commitment to and perseverance in cas experience). I was committed towards my time and my schedule.I wanted to do this as a cas experience because cooking is something which everyone must learn so that your dependency decreases.

The learning profile used here was reflective as after cooking I use to taste it and reflect on myself what ingredients are missing and what could better.As well as I was taking opoinion from others and they were also giving their inputs so that I can take care of the points next time.
