Anand Utsav was an event organized by my peers for the admin and support staff. The event was executed in order to be grateful to our admin and support staff who have been helping us throughout our school from start to end. This being my last year, I wanted to volunteer for the event to thank the support staff for helping us since we were little kids. We created a joyful and memorable day for the support staff and admin staff by introducing different games, creativity, and dance. Support staff and admin staff are a huge part of my school and deserved to have fun on a day of work.

Learning outcome 5: Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively. I collaborated with my peers to set up the event decorations and conduct the games and activities for the support staff. I helped the support staff play games. I set up the decorations, made some of the posters with my peers for the event, and worked together with my peers.

Learning outcome 7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions. The support staff and admin staff work hard every day and especially in executing events for us such as first-day celebrations, farewell celebrations, field trips, night outs, etc. The support and admin staff deserved a huge thank you for their actions. We aimed to give them one day off from their work and make it memorable and joyful for everyone.
