For the seventh experience,I decided to open an online cleanliness campaign.In this experience I am going to open an Instagram handle which will we be devoted to spreading awareness and information about preserving our environment and surroundings.The Instagram handle will be composed of several quotes,affairs and tips related to why and how can we preserve our environment and our surroundings.

1.Did you identify your strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths:The content being posted is very creative as it does not incorporates basic information on why and how can we preserve our environment and our surroundings.
Weakness:Due to hectic routine I am not being able to post content on my Instagram handle regularly.
2.How do you feel now that you’re aware of it?
Now that I am aware of it I feel like improving upon my weaknesses by implementing the required actions which will help myself convert these weaknesses into strengths.I feel like I have to sincerely implement those actions in order to receive a better result which will help me spread the word about preserving our environment and surroundings.
3.Why is it important for us to know our strengths? Or weaknesses?
It is important for us to know our strengths and weaknesses in order to know where do we stand which will further help us to improve ourselves at our best levels.Being aware of our weaknesses will help us know on which aspects we have to improve upon and being aware of our strengths will help us realize our real potential and encourage ourselves leading to achieve everything at its best.
4.Did you work/or would like to work on your weakness? Relate one area where overcoming this weakness would have benefited you.
I did worked on my weaknesses by implementing all those actions which were required to work on my weakness .For example for not being able to post regularly I decided to choose three days out of a week where I have to compulsory post at least three pieces of content.

1.What was so challenging and why?
After researching a lot I was able to acquire very less content related to real life incidents and affairs based on preserving the environment which is why this was the most challenging part for me.

No,I have not done anything similar before.
3.How did you overcome this challenge?
I overcame this challenge by obtaining information from some eco websites such as National Geographic and Huffpost Green.
4.How do you feel about having undertaken this challenge? Why is it important for you to undertake new challenges?
I feel satisfied having undertaken this challenge and it is important for me to undertake new challenges in order to achieve targets which will further help me witness my own personal growth.
5.Did you discover any skills you hadn’t known or learned yet? How could this skill be useful to you in the future? How does having this new skill make you feel about yourself? Why is it important to learn new skills?
Yes I did discovered several skills I hadn’t known or learned yet like communicating via an online medium.These skills can be useful to me in the future when I will again open an online campaign regarding any issue persisting in our community.Having these new skills makes me feel much more confident as now I can move one step ahead and manage events held in my school or college.It is important to learn new skills as it helps us gain new knowledge-based perspectives and new experiences which further trains our brain to handle a wide range of challenges leading us to achieve our ultimate goals.

1.How did you organize yourself? I organized myself by noting down the number of posts I will post each day in the note app.
2.Are you usually an organized person? Yes,I am an organized person and I like my schedule to be systematic so that each and every pending work could be completed on time with accuracy.
3.What was difficult? Planning or the initiating?Why? Planning was difficult because it was very confusing for me to make out when should I research for the content and when should I post it.After I sorted out the planning step initiating became quite easy for me.
4.Did you discover any skills you hadn’t known or learned yet that you had to use for the planning and initiating of this activity? No I did not discover new skills that I hadn’t known or learned yet that I had to use for planning and initiating as I have already learned these skills from my previous CAS experiences and this particular CAS experience didn’t require these skills to be displayed at a great scale.
5.Do you think planning or initiating anything in the future will be easier now?Yes,I think planning or initiating will be easier in the future now because I have already developed those skills and I will try my best to apply those skills in all the areas possible in order to make my work easier,faster and with greatest accuracy.
6.Why is it important to know how to plan and initiate activities? It is important to know how to plan and initiate activities because planning helps us identify and achieve our goals easily and also it helps us keep a check on our time management skills by meeting the due dates and deadlines.

1.What made this activity difficult where perseverance or commitment was necessary? How did that make you feel?
Posting on the scheduled days made this activity difficult and this is where perseverance and commitment was necessary.It made me feel exhausted but it was my dedication towards making
2.What commitment was required to complete this activity?
Commitment towards spreading awareness about preserving the environment is required to complete this activity.Personally I really care about the environment as I can myself experience some side effects such as a drastic increase in temperature and so seeing such changes made me feel like taking an action.
3.Is it easy for you to commit to things? To be persistent? Why or why not? Why is showing perseverance and commitment important?
It is not easy for me to commit to things and to be persistent as it is a very basic human tendency to lose interest sometimes which makes it hard enough to commit to things and to be persistent.It is important to show perseverance and commitment because it is the only way to achieve our end aim,goals and targets.

1.What were the issues?This CAS experience focuses on cleanliness and building sustainable cities and communities.Further,it can cover topics like clean water and sanitation,affordable and clean energy,responsible consumption and production,climate change,life below water,life above land and etc.
2.Why are they important globally? How? Where? How did you know?I believe that as years are passing by, the heat present in the atmosphere is drastically increasing, which is further increasing the temperature of the Earth, resulting in global warming and therefore climate change. We may not see any devastating effects of climate change now, but for sure there are going to be rigorous consequences in the long term, and so it is our responsibility to preserve the environment for us and the upcoming generations.
3.How does knowing about global issues contribute to your personal growth? If I am aware about a global issue which is happening in my surroundings such as in my community or in my environment I would take an initiative and do whatever I can at my own personal level to resolve that particular problem which will teach me new skills,help me gain new experiences and most importantly be a responsible citizen of my community.
4.How does it make you feel now that you are aware of this global issue?How does your work in this CAS activity make you feel about that global issue? Now that I am aware of this global issue it makes me feel like taking an immediate action towards resolving the issue and my work in this CAS activity makes me feel like continuing with what I was doing now to protect the environment till I live on Earth.

What was your opinion on this issue before this activity?
While posting the content I had to add all the citations and bibliographies through which I acquired information and this was the ethical issue involved in this activity.Personally,I believe it’s very crucial to give credit meaning that to add all the citations and bibliographies when you use someone else’s work in order to avoid plagiarism and be academically honest .

Inquirer:I had natural curiosity to learn and acquire new skills which are necessary to conduct inquiry and research.
Caring:I showcased empathy,compassion and respect towards the environment and I had a personal commitment to service and act to make a positive difference to the lives of others and to the environment.
Yes there is a link between the subject “Biology” and this CAS experience and this activity has benefited the environment .The highlight of this experience for me was researching the content as I acquired a lot new and fascinating knowledge.My perspectives or values were challenged and altered because I understood how crucial it is for an individual to fulfill it’s responsibilities towards the environment.I achieved success as a lot of my friends and relatives started implementing actions they could at their own individual level, such as turning off the air conditioner when it is not required or not throwing garbage on the roads and streets, etc. Even though these actions lead to small changes, when all these small changes are combined, they can create a big change. If I do this activity again, I would like to run an offline campaign instead of an online campaign as it will be more effective and impactful. From this CAS experience, I have not only learned about what issues are prevailing in the environment around me, but I have also learned how I can be a responsible citizen and complete all my duties to resolve these issues. Lastly,I will continue to manage this Instagram handle and will continue to spread as much information as I can so that we humans can realise it is high time to take some powerful actions and measures in order to save our homeland and our upcoming generations.
