Cycling can be called a category for exercise.Cycling regularly stimulates and improves your heart,lungs and circulation ,reducing risk of cardiovascular disease.Cycling strengthens your heart muscles, lowers resting pulse and reduces blood fat levels.I have always enjoyed cycling and exercising on the bike for at least 30 minutes a day will build up your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
First learning outcome is demonstrated in this cas experience (Identify my strengths and develop areas for growth).Cycling has never been in my regular pattern but then after doing this cas experience , i often enjoy it.I go cycling weekly thrice so that i am regular on it and whenever i am free i would prefer from now to go cycling.
Second learning outcome (Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process).Continuing cycling had been always a challenge for me.I was not able to manage my time as i had back to back classes but now as I have got more of studies so classes have decreased.Once I am done with my work then I spend my time on cycling.
Third learning outcome(Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience).I had organized my time for cycling and i did it alternate days.Managing my studies , extra curriculam classes and my cas schedule was included in it.At times I face problems while organizing my schedule but this time I have managed my time efficiently.
Fourth learning outcome (Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS Experience).This activity needs commitiment and preservance to complete it sucessfully.I was always giving commited throughtout the whole journey of this cas experience.Cycling is an excersize componenet which help you to keep fit and if you want be fit so you have to have preservance and commitment in you.
Learner profile demonstrated across the cas experience is balanced. I was balanced while managaing my schedule and other activities.Being balanced was always needed in this cas experience so that you have a smooth journery.This cas experience has taught me to be balance with your schedule.
