In this experience, I got to know how to work as a team and to be more efficient while doing any tasks given. How can we manage time and divide tasks amongst ourselves to reduce the amount of work everyone has to do and work more easily and efficiently.

LO1 :- While doing this task, I figured out what my strengths and weaknesses were. My strength was to work as a team and collaborate with everyone very well. My weakness was Time-Management, I was not able to manage my time and work efficiently enough as others in terms of packaging and doing the given task.

LO5 :-As Packaging was a task which was given to each one of us in our group, I learnt how to synergize with teammates and work together as a team to produce more efficient output. Working together and communicating as a team was the thing that helped us achieve greater efficiency.

LO6:- As wastage is a global issue which needs to be in consideration, while packaging, plastic was used and other materials were used which are not good for the environment, we tried to reduce wastage as much as we could so that it would not affect the environment and the rest of waste was thrown in to recycle bins. 

LO7 :- Reducing the usage of plastic, Reducing the amount of waste produced, and also considering the environmental factor, the packaging team took an ethical step towards sustainability.

I was Principled while completing the task as I was there on time, Completed every task that was given to me on time, and I helped others when they needed.
