I have an interest in Business Management and during the lockdown, I logged into Udemy for learning something informative and helpful in the future. I began learning about Human resources and Finance in school and wanted to dig deeper into something outside the textbook hence, I started with the online session on Udemy. It was a brief one-hour lecture but very informative. I learned all the steps and procedures of Human resources. It was a short-term CAS experience.

Learning outcomes:

LO1: Identify your own strengths and develop areas for growth – I always wanted to dig deeper into BM concepts and hence, I choose an online platform to help me through it. I used my time productively and learned about HR and finance. I developed my knowledge about these concepts and it will be helpful in the future as I am planning to pursue Business in the future.

LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process – The lockdown situation was challenging and since classes were online and for me personally online classes are challenging but I opted for online lecture and the concepts were introduced to us in our BM classes and I dug deeper into those concepts to develop and enhance my knowledge.
