Freelancing events are one of the trends in today’s world , and it is really a good opportunity to understand how everything is executed from planning to the event. That’s why I took this opportunity to collaborate with other people , and execute this event.  

The Event is called ‘ Ace of Race’ , it is a screening event of Formula one races. We started off by planning the whole event , and began with how we are going to make our identity on Social Media platform.  

L1 : Although I was assigned just the part of content creation , but still helped with logistics , operations and décor. This experience helped me to gain more knowledge about not only the graphic work but other aspects as well.  

We planned this event for more than a month , and executed on three occasions , Qatar Grand Prix , Jeddah Grand Prix , and the Championship decider Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for 2021 season , we’re planning on continuing it to 2022 as well. 

L2  I really improved a lot on content creation , as I gained more knowledge about the catchy content , algorithm  , and marketing. In content Creation Video Editing was something that wasn’t really a part of my comfort , but still I took the opportunity to try it. We discussed the ideas on weekly basis to improve engagement and better planned the event. By learning new skills it helped to apply it outside my work , for example the video making and editing experience at aor helped me to grow my arts acc ‘Cyborg’. 

L3 :- This is something which is a creative and productive process ,so I had to be committed to it in order to improve my skills and produce good quality work. But that wasn’t really a problem as graphics and f1 was something which I was naturally passionate about .  

L5 : Although I was handling the graphics but it was something that others can give on inputs too , so there was a difference of opinion at times , which was really frustrating but still I learned to cope with it .  

This was something which really required commitment towards it , and I spent sufficient time towards it , it really helped me learn all aspects of event management.From the planning stages to the execution stages. In the starting events we made some mistakes , which we considered in mind for planning the second event.

demonstrated learner profile curiosity , as I demonstrated great interest towards the task , and went in depth towards it ,in order to improve myself. I also acquired a new skill of time management , and self management skills , which will help me now , and in the future in everything.
