Anand Utsav was an event organized for the support and admin staff of Fountainhead school by the students. I was a volunteer who helped with the overall flow of events, setting up activities and conducting the activities. We aimed to express our gratitude towards them through this event.

L3 :

Working with a group of individuals who were all so driven to make this event a success was great. We disagreed a lot, but we always managed to get through it by remembering our original goal—giving the administrative and support employees a positive experience. Working cooperatively has the advantage of allowing everyone to play to their individual strengths and concentrate on what they are good at. People were able to enjoy giving back and succeeded in doing so. Some people excelled in the arts and devoted more effort to creating decorations and charts. Others excelled at managing and organizing resources, interacting with people, etc. Understanding each other’s individual abilities allowed us to work efficiently.

Conclusion: All of the people appeared to be very joyful as they laughed together. I believe it is our duty to repay those who toil so hard for us; I’m thankful we were able to provide them with this chance to unwind, take pleasure and create lasting memories with their friends.
