LO1, 2, 4
LO1 –
Here, by running almost daily, I was able to identify my own strengths and develop areas of personal growth such as endurance and stamina. Here, I was able to develop areas of personal growth by setting various targets for the future to improve my health in various ways.
LO2 –
I was giving myself new targets every time I went running. This helped me cope up with challenges like running in the cold, in the summer with high temperatures and also in the rain to gain experience. Here, I challenged myself to make myself a better man. This would help me in the long run to improve my health.
LO4 –
Here, I was able to show commitment and perseverance to my CAS experience as I never backed down from running and completed all of my challenges. Here, when I wouldn’t feel like going for a run, I would motivate myself which would help me go and complete my task. I was able to complete it on time and was committed to it all the time.
