every year school celebrates hindi diwas is celebrated on September 14. The day holds special significance as it marks the adaptation of Hindi as an official language by the Constituent Assembly in the year 1949. 

LO 3 Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

started to plan an activity for the audience with my peer planning was a bit difficult because we need people to do the activities and that’s why we had to choose the games related to hindi diwas and also which people will do it. and also in starting there were 4 people but eventually people left because of less interest in the event. therefore there were many last minute changes too.

LO 4 Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

yes, a commitment was necessary when the other two kids left and we had to do last-minute changes because they were assigned some duties but because they left we had to distribute the duties amongst each other. and also we had to prioritize this between the slots too.

LO 5 Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

there are many benefits to working collaboratively because we all have different strengths and weaknesses so if we are facing any issue have our teammate’s back and also the help of each other the work is done speedily and also we have to hear each other’s opinions and respect their point of view
