Workout Plan

Pre-covid I had been really invested in ‘active activities and exercises’ but ever since covid hit all my physical activities were shut down and in those two years, I lost motivation and lost my will to keep going. And so, I used the CAS experiences as an excuse to boot myself and start focusing on my physical health once again.

L1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

Initially, when I started working out I had several things I wanted to specifically focus on, such as my legs and my core. However, I did not know how much time and effort I needed to put in both to get the result I wanted, and as I worked on one, I understood that the area where I needed to put more effort in was my core. I also found out that I did not face many difficulties when I was working on my thighs. And I understood that consistency is my strength.

L2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken in developing new skills

There were many difficulties that were faced in the process of working out. Being consistent was one of them, one o the main objectives was that I worked out daily and showed no laziness, and when I initially started working out my body was aching a lot and the amount of effort and motivation it took to keep on exercising the next day was very less.

L4-commitment to and perseverance

I showed a lot of commitment and perseverance as I mentioned above, being consistent is key to the development of muscles which I showed a lot. Hence, a lot of commitment was required which I tried my best to show.
