LO – 3,4,5,6,7

At first my friends and I decided that for CAS, we would clean the beach. We then started to invite more and more people. At the end there were 9-10 people at last. We first made a group on instagram, where we could communicate with each other and finally decided the date and time and which beach we were going to. I used google maps to find the beach, it was an extremely remote location, at first we doubted the beach even existed since we kept following a small trail but at the end we did find a beach and even though it was in a remote location there was still a good amount of garbage. 

Waking up early in the morning to go clean the beach was a difficult task for me since I am not a morning person, though it did make me feel better about myself. The other commitment was that cleaning the garbage, most of us are not used to picking up random garbage and this requires exactly that.

As we were in a group it was much easier and quicker to clean the beach, we decided that we would clean the beach in pairs which made the work faster and since everyone knew each other no one had an issue with pairing up with one another.

Even though it was a remote beach there was still a lot of garbage, we thought that it was not by people since we never saw someone there rather it was left on the shore by the river, which concluded that there was garbage in the river.
