Fitness Class

LO – 1

Fitness is a really important part of life which is necessarily needed to make your body as well as mentally fit, exercising every day makes our body active, helps reduce fat and keep ourselves fresh. Exercising has so many benefits, but for me personally exercising is an essential part of life as it has helped me become fit for the sports I play and has helped me recover from injuries and also health-related medical issues. I have figured out the weakness in my body and I have started working out on them so that I can make them my strength. I have constantly seen that my weight is increasing and I am becoming slow, my muscles have weakened and I am lacking in the sports like basketball and frisbee I usually play, I have joined a fitness studio near my house which a the largest fitness studio in my city and the best trainers. They have helped me better in weight reduction by exercising and diet as well as in proving my time through the cardio workout and heavy weight workouts.

LO – 2

The basic thing that every IB student goes through is time management, with all these submissions, extra classes and school I had to take out extra time before school, I wake up at 5:00 in the morning just to balance my schedule time and work effectively, the most important challenge was to face the hard part of the exercise, I was a lazy and a non-hardworking person, but after me joining fitness class I have able to overcome such hard challenges and as an end result I am also able to reduce my weight from 83kgs – 74kgs just in 2 months.

LO – 3

I was a person who was too lazy to do anything and I didn’t care much about my physical well-being and I always used to do nothing. Then this year I met my grandfather who came after years to visit us in town, even though we love him but we saw him and he was literally fat, I was shocked to see him struggle to perform basic tasks such as walking, riding, driving and more. The thought of keeping myself in his place got me scared and hence I started planning fitness classes as a CAS experience. I first joined a fitness studio, and then I started working out my trainer also helped me collect evidence and he has also filled out a supervisor form for the same. Now, even though my CAS has been completed I still work out for the sake of myself and to stay mentally and physically fit.

LO – 4

I was dedicated to my CAS experience, I woke up every day on time just to attend the fitness classes, I also used to follow my diet plan every day, I had the least number of cheat days in my diet and I have followed all, I also used to ask about the exercises the trainer used to instruct and also gain knowledge about how useful is the exercise is, how can I do it by myself and also do it better the next time. I also used to attend events they used to take all the members to and get the participation award too.
