Baking

I am a person who used to learn cooking 5 years ago, I was really interested in cooking, and I also thought of taking cooking as my career option but as time passed I thought of it more as a passion rather than as a career option but as these years passed and I still had one thing left to learn in the culinary section which was baking, I never has so much passion or interest in baking but I was just a little curious about sweets and that made me think of baking again and take it up as a CAS experience.

I have identified myself as a good passionate person who likes to cook and who wants to learn how to bake, taking this as a CAS experience I would like to learn to bake, and after tasting whatever is left I would like to donate all the sweet deserts to poor people as they might eat sweet things but they might have had Indian sweets which are not baked, easily available and cheap/inexpensive.

Honestly, I am not a person who knows even a little bit about baking, I am here to learn a new thing and for this thing, I had the best/ perfect mentor. she is the best in everything. while learning I made many mistakes, which includes adding extra baking soda, due to which I increased the amount of batter created. while mixing I spill a lot of things, there was a bit of wastage of some raw material, and in the first instance due to some recipe error, the first dish got burnt, After learning for 10 days and executing the learning on the 11th day I was able to create everything with minor and avoidable mistakes.

I also was inspired by seeing the person who loves all of cooking and baking, in the past while I used to cook she also insisted that I also learn baking and hence then I never did, but today taking baking as my CAS experience I started learning baking and it has been fun and will be useful in my life further.

Working collaboratively with my mentor was a tough thing, as I am a person who does not do anything with a partner or a group, I am a solo person and I just like self-teaming but this time I enjoyed with my mentor as she inspires and working with her is so much fun every experienced.
