Formula 1 screening

Formula 1 is a widely known sport but not many people have the chance to enjoy the sport through proper screening, people would usually view the sport on their phone or maybe on their television, I have decided to organise a proper screening of the sport in a theatre and supply food and drinks, the screening will be on multiple days so that more people have the chance to sign in and watch the sport on a large screen. I have also decided to target people who do not watch formula 1 so that the fan base would expand, I invited many people and supplied chips, drinks and other snacks.

LO 2 – 

I was challenged to find a proper way to screen formula 1, I wanted to give an authentic screening look to it rather than just inviting people to see the race, and for that, I had to gather food and drinks, I had to decide a proper location which won’t be too big nor too small, and during that planning, I developed management skills, and was able to create more than just one screening.

LO 3 –

For the screening, I had to make a proper plan to decide the dates, the location, what food and drinks to provide, how can people come to the screening, the marketing and much more, for that I had to create a plan and via the plan, I also decided further screenings and had many people who were interested.

LO 4 –

The most challenging part of the screening was the marketing as my marketing reach was limited thus I was unable to get a lot people as I expected, but even though the reach was limited I was able to bring a couple of people who were very interested in the screening.

LO 5 –

I was able to work with my friend which helped divide the work and we worked together for the screening, by splitting the work we were able to do our work more efficiently thus the screening was so successful and we were able to gather fans there to watch the race.
