CAS gave me an oppurtunity to cook around more and also learn new things. I&#8217;ve tried different items ranging including both Chinese &amp; Indian Cuisine. n<br>Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process<\/strong><br>During this process there were a lot of things that I wasn&#8217;t aware of such as how the different items are supposed to be added in a particular sequence and at certain intervals. I learnt through YouTube, a little self-taught and some help at home. However, once I had learnt the process it was easier for me to repeat it properly afterwards.<br><br><strong>LO3: Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience<\/strong><br>I am not an extremely organised person in terms of time-management but to ensure that I was getting hands-on practice weekly I had to find times in my routine where I would relax and cook. I definitely did improve my time management skills slightly. <br><br><strong>LO4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/strong><br>For an activity like cooking showing commitment is important, practicing on a daily basis to get used to the procedure.
