{"id":7965,"date":"2023-03-01T08:14:10","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T08:14:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/classof2023.fountainheadschools.org\/?p=7965"},"modified":"2023-03-01T08:14:10","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T08:14:10","slug":"gym-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/classof2023.fountainheadschools.org\/index.php\/2023\/03\/01\/gym-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Gym"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Due to a lack of extracurricular activities, I gained a lot of weight during the lockdown and because of that, I wanted to start with the Gym because that would help me lose weight and shape my body and that is when I thought of including going to Gym as a CAS experience in Activity. I started to go to Gym near my house at Kapadia Health club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I exhibited the learner profiler caring throughout this experience as I became caring for my body and also exhibited the learner profile Knowledgeable as I gained more knowledge about exercises and about my body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo1,Lo2,Lo3,Lo4,Lo5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO1 which is Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth is exhibited as I identified that my muscles had become loose because I did not exercise my muscles daily and due to that I wasn&#8217;t able to use my body effectively and that is why I started to go to the gym and exercise these muscles that had become loose over the years as this would help me make my body fit. Also a lot of fat had developed due to the lockdown and going to the gym would help me remove this fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo2 which is Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process this Lo was also exhibited as I faced a lot of challenges while going to the gym. I had to go to the gym early because of the lack of time in the evening and because of that, I used to be very tired during the day as I did not get enough rest also due to the intensive workout sessions also because of these sessions I faced a lot of body pain during the day. This helped me develop time management skills as I became more punctual with my schedule, I also developed research skills as I had to plan my workout on my own I had to search for exercises that I could do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo3 which is Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience this was exhibited, because I felt that my muscles had become loose and I was becoming fat I decided to go to the gym as a CAS experience as this would keep me motivated to go to the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo4 which is Show commitment and perseverance in CAS experiences this was exhibited because I started to go every day in the morning for a month to exercise my body in the gym even when I had assignments I still made time every day for 1 hour so that I can go to gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo5 which is Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively this was exhibited as I started to go to the gym with my friends who live near my house this helped me a lot because they go to the gym for many years so they already know how to use equipments in the gym in a correct manner also because of that they could help me choose my workout plan.
